Quick eSelling Technology is to help you start your own website and mobile apps so that your customers can connect with you directly. On Marketplaces, you do not have any control over your listing of products, customers are not directly connected to you and you pay hefty transection fee for selling on Marketplaces. Whereas Quick eSelling offers you your own branded shop so that you can control everything.

You need to have following details ready to register on Quick eSelling:

• A valid Email ID
• Name for your store (It can be same as your business name)
• Logo of your business (If you don’t have one, get it created online)
• Product Details with Product pictures, which you want to sell online.

No, you do not need any certificate to start your online shop with Quick eSelling. Quick eSelling is only a technology platform. Managing your business-related compliances, products, customer, marketing, orders, payments gateway setup, payment gateway transection fees and delivery are your responsibilities.

Quick eSelling Free Plan is forever. However, there is 5% transection fee in Free Plan applicable on successful orders. You will be billed on monthly basis for the transaction fee.

We have waived off 5% transection fee and Quick eSelling is completely free till 30th June 2020 due to COVID 19. We are doing our bit to help buyers and sellers.

In case of non-payment of transection fee, your CRM accession will be locked. Your website and app will continue to work, however you will not be able to access your account until you clear your dues.

There is no Transection fee in any of the paid subscription. You will have to pay fixed monthly subscription fee only.

Payment gateways generally charge between 2-4% fees. This fee is directly paid by you to your payment gateway. Quick eSelling transection fee does not include payment gateway fee.

We understand your concern and would like to clarify that payment gateway fee, you pay directly to payment gateways and these are applicable worldwide on all business.

As far as Quick eSelling transection fee in free plan is concerned, you have choice to move to Standard Plan as soon as you release that your monthly transection fee is crossing the monthly fee of Standard Plan. We do not have any transaction fee in Standard, Pro & Premium Plans.

Our aim is to help in starting your online business and that’s why we are offering Free Plan. Quick eSelling provides you free website, android mobile app on its platform. Along with these we have to pay for cloud hosting, data bandwidth, SMS & Emails which you get completely free. In return, we expect that you share 5% of your confirmed orders to compensate these costs.

We offer discount on Yearly Advance Payment. You have to talk with your success coach to help you further on this.

We offer you choice to upgrade plan anytime from your account CRM. However, in order to downgrade, you have to send a request to your success coach.

Quick eSelling offers Free Plan to you to try it out before subscribing to any paid plan. If you are still not sure, you can subscribe to paid subscription with monthly payment option. There is no option to claim refund once you have paid.

Quick eSelling offers our Standard Plan fee to Charity Organization and NGO’s. Please write to support [at] QuickeSelling.com with details of your organization.

In order to configure your own domain, you have to subscribe to any of paid subscription plan. There is no option to

Quick eSelling offers free domain name with Pro & Premium Plans. For Standard Plan, you have to buy domain and configure it.

It’s your domain and you own it. If at any time, you decide to discontinue your subscription with Quick eSelling, you can request to transfer the domain back to you. We would be happy to transfer your domain to you at no extra cost.

We would certainly not want you to close your account. However, if you still decide to close or delete your account, you can send us request on support [at] QuickeSelling.com. And we will do the needful.

Quick eSelling is a platform. You cannot transfer the website to any other hosting as you do not own the website. You can, however, transfer your domain to different hosting if you decide to close your account with Quick eSelling.

Most of the features are available in Free Plan and you can try out Quick eSelling Platform as long as you wish in Free Plan. At this moment, we do not have any option to offer free trial in Standard, Pro & Premium Plan

Quick eSelling has inbuilt SMS service for Free. However, if you still want to integrate your own SMS service provider, we can do that. There will be integration cost applicable for this.

We have several payment gateways integrated in Quick eSelling Ecommerce Platform. You can use any one of them.

Quick eSelling has most of common payment gateways already integrated. However, if you still want to integrate your own payment gateway, we can do that. There will be integration cost applicable for this.

Our experienced team is always available to help you. In case you want our team to help setup your account, we would be happy to do that. However, it will have service charges. Talk with your success coach to know more about this optional service.

We are currently working on upgrading our technology to help you update your logo as and when required. Till then, you have to request us support team do help you with this.
